Don’t know why my pictures are coming out sideways. But here is a Stone odd year release. Espresso Imperial Russian Stout. This has a good espresso roast top note that lingers a while then smooths out and finishes with bitter notes. Smells like coffee. Hides the 11% very well. I like this alot to bad it was the last one left.

Getting prepped for my first 15 gallon batch of ESB. Just got ahold of a 20 gallon capable setup for free can’t beat that. I think the name will be “Big Boy Pants ESB”.
Noah’s Mill bourbon. This was my I need something good for my decanter whiskey. I’m glad I got this, it is one of the best whiskey’s i’ve tried so far in my new whiskey adventures. Don’t know how to do tasting notes with whiskey’s. But I do get a smooth vanilla taste in the begining and some earthy tones in the middle. Everything seems very balanced I do not get any over powering flavors. All the flavors linger in your mouth for a while and taste better as you let it sit.
